On Display

I have got a lot of jewelry I have collected over the years, but because my jewelry box is not the easiest thing to get in to, I usually end up wearing the same few pieces on repeat. My sister, on the other hand, has her jewelry on display throughout her apartment- some in her bedroom, some in her bathroom. Her layout inspired me to branch out (see below) and put my jewelry on display.

Birch Jewelry Stand

China plate stand

Silver hangers

Bird details

Framed jewelry

Little dishes

Thingamajingles

Misplacing things is so out of character for me that when I do lose something, I go bezerk because I can’t think of where it could possibly be. In order for my room to be transparent to hidden thingmajingles (fancier than thingamajigs), I try to keep organized and cohesive throughout.

Perfume, nail polish, hand lotion… everyday items lined up in a row

My go-to jewelry on a dish I found in Italy

My hair elastics, headbands and hair clips all in one place

My makeup separated by use

My jewelry stacked in one place

Put a ring on it

i am currently ring obsessed. most of these are impractical at my age, but I can’t help but appreciate their beauty.
